WHAT TIMES CAN I BOOK A CLEANING FOR?

Appointment times are Monday through Sunday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm however you can book anytime on our seamless booking system 24/7 & 365 days.

HOW EASY IS IT TO BOOK ONLINE?

You will instantly receive a confirmation of your booking by email. Don’t worry, you will only be billed after the cleaning has been completed

CLEANING SUPPLIES

DO YOU USE GREEN SUPPLIES?

We have teams that do 100% green cleaning.  Simply request it and we’ll assign a green-cleaning team at no additional charge.

WHO PROVIDES THE SUPPLIES?

We do! We will supply all cleaning products and equipment as needed.  If you have specific products you would like us to use, let us know and leave them out for us.

PRICING STRUCTURE

WHAT DOES IT COST TO CLEAN MY HOME?

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We currently only accept credit cards.  You can book online at http://imaid.ca/booking-page/ .  Our online payments are processed by stripe, and are processed though a fully secure 256 bit protocol. In addition, we have a full extended validation SSL security as well.  Booking through maids in BLUE is safe and secure and we guarantee this.  Any unauthorized charges that are made to your card as a result of doing business with us will be fully refunded.

RECURRING SERVICE

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR RECURRING SERVICES?

Book here: http://imaid.ca/booking-page/ and under Frequency please select if you’d like a Weekly, Bi-Weekly or a Monthly recurring service.  You can cancel anytime

DO I HAVE TO CONTACT YOU EACH TIME?

After you set up recurring service, we’ll be there like clockwork on the date and time you choose.  We will send a reminder email the day before so you will be expecting us. 🙂

THE DAY OF SERVICE

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR THE CLEANING?

No, just leave us a key to gain entry and we will take it from there. You can leave a key under the mat, in the mailbox… what ever is most convenient for you.

HOW LONG WILL MY CLEANING TAKE?

About 1 hour per bedroom, but we do not specify a length of cleaning.  We clean until we are finished for a standard home and within reason.  For special cases like hoarders, or larger homes, we may adjust the estimate for fairness.

HOW MANY PEOPLE DO YOU SEND?

We work in teams of one, two, sometimes three maids.

WHAT IS YOUR DAYS & TIMES OF OPERATION?

We work 7 days a week and start our first job at 8:30 am and start the last job at 4:30 pm.

MORE ABOUT MOVE IN & MOVE OUT CLEANING

Our move out cleanings are designed to prepare a home for a new tenant.  It’s a deeper cleaning that includes cleaning outside cabinets, fixtures, dusting all baseboards, etc.  We charge an extra $59-$79 depending on the number of bedrooms and you will find that our additional costs for move in move out cleanings are less than the standard costs from the industry.
